One thing has been bothering me over the past couple of days and that's what music to unveil the car too!

Now maybe here's where I can call upon the collective musical knowledge of DDK'ers to come up with some ideas,
I know from the 'what I'm listening to today' thread there are some great music fans out there. I've got one particular
track in mind, be interesting if anyone else thinks of it, but let me know what you would use. I'll chose the best and
put the others into a compilation that we'll play on the day.

I'll set the bar quite high to begin with, how about 'Start Me Up' The Rolling Stones.....
cheers, Mike.

Has to be Mayer Hawthorne - A Long Time

Just read the lyrics lol.....

Oh, Henry was a renegade
Never liked to play it safe
One component at a time
There's got to be a better way
Ohh people came from miles around
Welcome to the Motor Town
Boomin' like an atom bomb

Bridge:
Oh, Henry was the end of the story,
Then everything went wrong
And we'll return it to its former glory
But it just takes so long

Chorus:
It's gonna take a long time
It's gonna take it but we'll make it one day
It's gonna take a long time
It's gonna take it but we'll make it one day

and most DDKers probably still dance like this....

In all seriousness Window Licker by Aphex Twin.

I'd like to make the gig but probably won't know until a little closer to the date.

Somewhere on DDK someone asked about a special celebration of 50 years of the 911.

Dual purpose meeting perhaps!

Will be a great day out. Sunshine please. :drunken:
