I've also been having a new home built for my car.
It's getting there now, a bit of render to finish off, some more painting, and the door to sort

Who says doesn't matter? Has Magnus decided to ship his 911 collection to the UK?

Will post pics when I get a bit further

Getting shed envy from that other one - wonder if it's too soon to be thinking about an extension.....
I too will be doing-the buttock clenching shingle installation soon on my new shed, just need to get the right length nails.

Got my nails and shingles from these guys.

Latest update:-

And the obligatory arty shot:-

The exterior is finished now apart from painting. I'm getting a 'man' to do that.

Next stage is interior - cladding the walls and ceiling and wiring the place. Unfortunately my DIY skills are being called upon to work on a room in the 'house' As soon as I can get that out of the way I'll be back onto Das Uber Schuppen

Looking good mark :)

In preperation for winter time in the Garage I fitted some outdoor Astro turf carpet stuff under my benches today, gives a nice feel under foot and already psychologically feels about 5oC warmer.....O'and it past the flame test :)

paint starting to appear - this is just primer/undercoat

The last 6 weeks have been very frustrating as I've been required to work on one of the rooms in the house - plastering, electrics and some shelves - this has taken over my week-ends. The end is in sight though so I can then get back onto das shed.

I did pick this up recently though - a really cool old industrial light switch

Put the wine down Jasper!

I'm going to put a temporary heater in it and a sink and kettle. UNlikely to be ready for Christmas but hoping to have some quality time on it over the Christmas break.

Toilet & shower are no go - it's going to be a proper workshop

Enjoy, have a look on the web particularly in the US on how folk detail the garage, gives great ideas. Some nice posters on the walls and a car clock & a sexy calender !
