Andy, what a wonderful result, I am truly in awe of what has been created in such a reasonable time frame. Love to see it in the flesh on a shake down if we get some nice crisp mornings, outside chance I could meet you for a run........

All been said already, but a cracker.
I hope you will share a lot more detail so those chasing projects down can nick some ideas!
Is the car silenced in the two clips?
Graham.

Well done Andy. Car looks and sounds fantastic. Looking forward to seeing it some time. So that you beating me to the finish I only have two or three years and a couple of paint jobs left or Mike will beat me to getting his car on the road

Thanks for all of the compliments/positive comments.
Brendan - the car isn't finished yet !
No, Graham it was on megaphones - but wasn't even using half of the available revs ...
Some of those details:
These are the front suspension components that Barrie fabricates:

- & here are some NOS 904 front suspension parts for comparison:

These are the rear suspension parts for my car:

- & the equivalent NOS 904 parts:

This shot shows the (cast) pedals - 100% copies of the originals (complete with embossed part nos on the rear) & the grp floor cover & battery compartment cover (passenger footwell) :

& the fuel tank:

Re: My 'new longer-term project' ...
I did deviate from the original spec in a few areas - for instance, as on many of the original cars, I moved the battery from the Factory-installed location in the passenger footwell to the engine compartment but, for my car, I used a lightweight Odyssey gel battery.
This is the location - a convenient space just infront of the n/s/r wheel:
A suitable lightweight (but strong) folded aluminium tray was fabricated &, since there was plenty of space, it was decided to 'kill two birds with one stone' & mount the MSD ignition boxes underneath the battery out of sight:

I fabricated a plate to mount the 'dummy' Bosch CDI boxes to & this will be placed over the battery to complete the illusion ...
I've also added a Bosch battery cut-off switch in the adjacent area on the firewall:
