After the interruption of Classic LeMans, work recommenced this week-end

Did the window sills, window surrounds, and eaves boarding ready for guttering, but ran out of wood

Nice lead work. 8)

Just got to sort that colour mis-match on the timber. Will you be staining it? Or painting it Sepia Brown? :)

I considered the roof lights Jasper. But there are too many trees to the left flank wall, and the roof lights would be covered in moss and leaves in no time. I am putting 2 large windows in the right hand flank instead.

Yes, i am pleased with the size.

I am happy to see my conveyancing fees are being spent on cool stuff. Carry on.

Thanks Jamie - currently nailing on cedar shingles one at a time - slow, laborious stuff that is precariously nailed on whilst gripping the roof with one buttock - plays havock with the chalfonts

Will post pics when I get a bit further

Getting shed envy from that other one - wonder if it's too soon to be thinking about an extension.....

I spent the afternoon emptying my shed, fixing and sealing a few bits where some damp was getting in and having a general tidy up. It's far from über but its a nice little hideaway!
