Looks like a daily, parked up on Singel. Looks like its been there a while judging by the rust on the brakes and detritus from trees.

Brave to leave parked on the canal side though.

There's one ("lived in and long parked") lives nearby the Vintage Watch shop (off to google...)- was there at Easter at least. I asked in the watch shop if it belonged to them and they said it belonged to someone who lived a few doors down.
