Re: my non-Porsche picture of the day
Yeah its a complete dog
It is an e36, and its great fun. 328i with a few choice mods and some weight loss. There's more to do but its a long term project so I'm in no rush, and having fun as I go.
I drove to llanberis for a stag do yesterday, then woke up (in a tent; most unusual for me) at 6:00 this morning and decided to sneak off for a drive before the rest of the guys woke up. Ended up being superb; just got lost around snowdons deserted roads for an hour or so, then at 8am when other road users started to appear, put the sat nav on and trundled back to the campsite.. Kind of wished I'd got up an hour earlier
Unfortunately the drive home this evening wasn't so great; 200 miles of torrential rain on toyo r888's is no fun![/quote]
Great fun - good luck to you - looks superb!

Looks like McCartney's wearing sandals or something there.
Well that changes everything.

Re: my non-Porsche picture of the day
I like this pic so googled to find out some more...taken by Linda McCartney apparently. And the 8th August is the 43rd anniversary of the cover shot. http://www.beatlesbible.com/1969/08/08/ ... y-session/Bootsy wrote:
