Anybody received their Porsche Club France CLM Tickets?

Post by Chris_911 »

As the thread title says - should I be worried that I don't have my tickets yet?

Anyone got theirs?

Brian @ 1st-tickets wrote:With the Le Mans 24 Hours almost upon us, we thought it best to give you a brief update about the Delivery of your Le Mans Classic tickets.

The first batch of camping, entrance, paddock and grandstand tickets for the event arrived in our offices yesterday. However, we are still waiting for club tickets from the event co-organisers and the PH/1st Tickets private campsite tickets from the ACO. These are now expected to arrive whilst the majority of our team are at Le Mans for the 24 Hours.

Once we return to the office, we will focus on preparing the individual ticket packs for the Classic and we aim to start sending tickets to customers from 22nd – 29th June, 2012. As tickets are sent by Royal Mail “Next Day” Special Delivery or International Signed for they will require a signature. If for any reason the are not able to deliver, they will leave a “while you were out” card with details of where to collect your tickets from.

If you require any further information about the event, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards

In previous years when we used to buy tickets via PCF, we had to collect them at the circuit

I received my entry tickets from PCF yesterday, as did most of the people in my group. I ticked a box when applying for the tickets to have them delivered rather than collect on the day. Grandstand tickets came from the ACO on Monday.

Mine are sitting at the Post Office waiting to pick up - as Nick, I paid for courier delivery from PCF - couldn;t face trying to park and pick them up as in previous years!

My general entrance tickets and parking arrived, but looks like I need to collect my track laps pass when I'm there.

Oh joy! So no point actually having them delivered if you've ordered track laps

Having now picked mine up it seems as though you pick your Track Tickets up at "Porsche Area at The Club Desk Porsche Lounge" - this is where you also pick up your Welcome Pack (with surprises!)

Is this the same area as previous years when you pick your tickets up - kind of suggests not?

I wasn't sure about that either.
Previously we've collected from the 'Expo Centre' (off-circuit).
The 'Porsche Area at The Club Desk Porsche Lounge' sounds like the marquees within the Porsche Clubs parking area (in-field).
But the Porsche Club France are still Head Quartered at the Expo, I believe, so who knows?

I'm very keen to collect my lanyard....
