I know CIS is a '73.5 T motor. Think the E ran MFI up to the end of 73 model year

Ah - thats a interesting James, I assumed T's were all carbed.

I know CIS isn't everyones cup of tea but I'm really enjoying it (that looks so weird, a man enjoying a fuel injection system!)

I haven't got much in the way of tech info but out of interest does anyone know what the engine outputs were for 2.4 MFI, CSI, and carbs ?

Cheers

2.4T (carbs) = 130 bhp
2.4T (mfi) = 140 bhp
2.4T (CIS) = 140 bhp

I've never had much experience of them until one of our northern DDK'ers "73SJM" got his 73.5 CIS T. Tickover is so smooth & it appears to be a really nice development to the 2.4 motor

Probably the most underrated engine in the early 911 line-up ....

Cheers Andy

I've not got much experience of other early 911's, but it goes very well indeed :)

Great fun, especially over 3000 rpm.
