I'm really hoping to make it this year.
I've had a read through a lot of old threads but was wondering when you can get in? It says Friday morning for the general public on the website, but if you're camping with a club can you get in thursday and camp for the night?
I was planning to get the tunnel Wednesday night, stay somewhere inbetween but I you can't get in until Friday I may as well leave thursday.
What are people doing?
Thanks for your help

Most of us turn up at lemans Thursday lunch time onwards . Campsite tends to fill up from Thursday. Anyone turning up on Friday finds it pretty full already. Campsite pitches are numbered though so no need to worry about not getting space.

We are coming across Plymouth - Roscoff to arrive at Le Mans Thursday midday, anyone else or am I the total southwest contingent?? We've not been before really looking forward to it,mothers dubious about the camping :( but I've told her there will only be a few of us and very few toilet queues!

Does anybody know yet what is happening about the Porsche Parking and Parade Laps?

In the past we have had to book these direct from the Porsche Club France I think (bad memory!).

Coming late to this, but I'd really like to make it this year, work and funds permitting. A pal was going to come with me and bring his monster of an RV, but now he can't make it. However, I can have the use of it, which is tempting...

Question is, am I too late for camping bookings and getting tickets?

I'm sure you'll still be fine Neill, not sure about parking the the monster RV though!!!

If anyone does get stuck I still have a free passenger seat.

I'm coming without family this year. Caroline needs to attend a friend's wedding (I'm not needed there and made this quite clear!)

Once again I will be staying in the Chateau and lording it up with the other Lords of the DDK but will be staying over on the circuit one night so......

Room for a little, well behaved, non drinking polite tent dweller? (and compulsive liar!!)

My plan is to leave my car in Porsche parking ( thinking maybe Friday or Saturday) bring a sleeping bag and bunk up with a friendly DDK cuddle buddy

Form an orderly queue and I'll review all offers and reply accordingly.

Not entirely sure of our sleeping arrangements yet but I should think we'll have some space
