STOLEN CAR

Post by DEEMAN »

A car I have imported from the US has been stolen by the guy booked to transport it to me. This happened after 13th March It has cleared customs but has no UK registration.
Anyone seeing, being offered or recieving Porsche 912 parts belonging to this vehicle Chassis no 45335, engine 753620 (not original) please alert me or police. It is Canary Yellow
colour with abnormally wide wheel arches and massive spoilers back and front. A very distinctive car thought to be in the Hants/Dorset area.

I would post pictures if someone could tell me how!

My phone number is 01339882634 or contact me thru DDK

What rotten news. Let's hope it turns up soon - it sounds pretty distinctive.

Thank you all for help and sympathy.
The guys name was Mark Lowe of ukcartransporter and he was sources through Uship who have been very helpful and have, of couse taken him off their site. (It seems he re-emgerged as procartransporter). Everything seemed fine but then after he collected it from the dock at Southampton his response and e-mails became more full of excuses why he wasn't actually bringing to me. He has a partner called Sharon that I spoke to a couple of times. His home phone and mobile are working but always locked as unavailable or temporarily unavailable.

Perhaps a new booking should be made and have a surprise waiting when he collects.

Also, it may be worth checking the reg number of the Mini he is towing there - if Police can trace the owner of the Mini then they may have a different set of contact details for this scumbag?
