I don't know, I have a couple of days off........!

Ok, nothing firm yet, but will keep DDK'ers in the loop. Prices have yet to be confirmed for the "IVA-it-yourself" option, but we have a dozen cars to go at so there'll be plenty of choice.
As for Subaru engine options, its the key element we are looking at for the future in order to pass Euro 5 emissions for cars being registered as "new" on an IVA. Plus they fit (more or less) are the right configuration so sound right, and go like stink....even the lowly 100bhp version.

Right then, having had a chat about it this morning on the "IVA it yourself" route we have the following available

4x 356 Speedsters, from £19-21k + VAT depending on spec, but all are negotiable, and we have ways of reducing the dreaded addition

2x 550 Spyder, from £20k + VAT, but again all are negotiable and again there are ways round certain undesirable elements.

Now these might seem expensive, but bear in mind
1. They are fully finished cars, which just need some tweaks to get them through the IVA.
2. They would normally have a retail nearer the £30k + VAT mark
3. To build a Chesil would cost minimum £15k (based on Chesil 2010 price list, a £500 donor, and a decent paint job) plus you would have to do everything including shortening the chassis yourself to achieve this price. Factory build Chesils are from £29k.
4. Everything on the Chamonix/Beck, including the custom tubular chassis is NEW.
5. Finally....and most importantly they actually look like a 356, not "nearly" like a 356.

As for the 904, all the technical specs are available here http://www.beck904.com and these are all factory order so can be quoted on a case by case basis, but the "ball park" figures are thus.

Beck 904 inc engine and transmission - £65k +VAT
Beck 904 No engine and transmission - £45k + VAT

This thing is awesome......check it out on Youtube!
