ST front arches (metal)- now available £900 per pair

Post by Alan @ CanfordClassics »

Hi,

We now have new front ST arches available for sale. These are handmade panels fabricated to the highest quality.

These can be supplied as a separate panel, or we can fit them to your car if required. We can also supply these already fitted to new factory Porsche front wings, as seen in the pictures.

Alan these look absolutely fantastic. Question for you, can you supply the rears ready fitted to brand new factory Porsche rear quarters?

Ian.

Hi Ian,

I don't see why not, in fact that's a great idea.

We can supply ST arches already fitted to new factory Porsche front and rear wings. I can confirm prices if required.

Thanks Ian

Hi,

Several sets now sold, 3 pairs going to the US.
I should have prices for our ST front arches already fitted to new Porsche front wings soon.
After discussions we feel it is not possible to offer new Porsche rear wings with the ST arches already fitted, but we are more than happy to fit new wings and arches to your car. Please enquire for prices.

Thanks

Alan

Alan is that because they really need to be fitted when the rear quarter is on the car due to the much smaller clearances around the wheel on the rear arches?

Hi Ian,
Having just fitted some steel ST arches to my ST, from another source, I concur with Alan as the rear quarter is like a drum skin stretched over that part of the car and gives strength to the shell.
I watched my body guy cut off the orignal wing ready for the ST one and by the time the cut was 3/4 finished the palce where the cut had started had opened to an inch or so.
Hence this may be the reason for Alan to on the wings on the car.
