I was heading towards Newton linford in a black BMW (about to die of boredom behind a White van) about 7 this evening, were you heading away from Newton linford, turning left onto benscliffe road near the bradgate memorial car park

From what I could see in my rear view, looked to be a light metallic blue 2.2t or 2.4t?

Sounded fantastic, great night for a drive too!

Think it was me. I went through there and turned down that road around that time, stuck behing a minibus and then an Almera. Was a great run as the road from there to J22 was empty and what a road. Loved it untill the throttle return spring broke.......

There must have been a VW meet on somewhere local as I saw and was waved at by lots of VW beetles and camper vans in South Wigston at 6pm when filling up near GCR. I did see a nice blutorange F reg 912 on the road there too, don't think I've seen that one before.

Cheers
