Explain wobbly engine torque curve please

Veyron. BHP topping at over 1,000 and look at that flat torque curve from practically tick over.

Electronically managed torque curve so as not to destroy the gearbox

When I checked my records I found a power/torque trace for my other porsche , 1992 964RS with full engine management system and showing even more wobbles ( 4 peaks this time ! )....that car drives OK so the 911E/S should drive OK tomorrow at its first Goodwood trackday since you 'fettled' it
