A photo of a bunch of us marshalled at the start of the hill climb at La Forêt d'Auvray.
Highlight of the tour for me. We did several ascents (some on the way to CLM and again on the way back) and it was fantastic.

Looks like a high attrition rate this year; James/Nick/Mark - real sorry to see that; I do hope all your cars return safe & sound and that the problems aren't too costly for you.

Yep. Every couple of hundred yards I'd park one up and run back, drive the other forward, stop, then swop and repeat. Took me ages to get there.

- Nürnberg - Lemans
14 hours / 4 litres of oil / 2 hours sat in a tunnel in Paris
- Lemans - Nürnberg
11 hours / 2litres of oil / floored through most of Germany, only lifting for the occasional thunder storm
Thanks to everyone for making it such a great weekend, bring on 2012!!
5am start time on Friday...
That bloody tunnel...
...and once arrived you go out and pick up the essentials.....oversize box of export 33 and stock up on french espadrilles!
