Neil has just had in a quite high mileage LHD car but with full service history and a recent £10k Parr overhaul priced at a pretty reasonable (for Neil ) £75k:

I still can't get my head round the concept of being able to spend £75K on a car, let alone £100K or more. I guess I chose the wrong profession when I became a journalist...

Just following the thread, and reading about the different colours, does anyone know how many rhd RS's where manufactured in metallic black?
Also what was the total volume of rhd cars for the UK (I thought about 43)?

NO.

Nice car but high milers (irrespective of their maintenance) get very hard to sell. The % of buyers who want low mileage original panel cars is staggeringly high compared to those that don't.
