Also had the wheels blasted and powder coated. Interestingly the date stamp on the inner part and outer part do not match, outer 2,58 inner 1,58 :?:

All the bits are back from the powder coaters now so will move onto the suspension next and get it back on its wheels before tackling the engine :)

Looks just great.
356's definitly growing on me.

Do the exhausts really come out of the rear bumper 'uprights'?

Mike: That drool button is the well-worn out one repaired a 1000 times because of cars like this (and yours!) on DDK.

Awesome James - I hadn't realised just how far on this had come.

Mrs Ian would like a 356 too, but I think I need to earn some serious money first!
2006 RHD 997 Carrera (but DDK remains in my heart - also now no longer)
1972 LHD 2.4T with '73 2.4T CIS motor - gone to a new DDK home
1994 RHD 993 Carrera - gone!
1968 LHD 911L - was the Wife's but now in new hands :-(

Yes Graham, there were various configurations on 356s, some did some didnt, on the A they came straight through the overrider
