Thats great.

As this job is being done in situ do you have the tools to pull the new bearing and then the hub back in? I made mine and if needed you are welcome to use them.

I used a length of threaded rod, some large washers, bits of plate and time...

.... well once I got the hub out it all went well :) Mike's home brewed bearing tool worked fantastically , as did his home brewed tool for reinstalling the hub back into the bearing 8) The offside bearing ended up taking quite a while to do due to the problem extracting the hub ..... the nearside I have just completely done in under 3 lazy hours :drunken: The hub popped out pretty quickly

for 'still loose bearings' Porsche do do a over size rear wheel bearing for worn suspension arms,
