That said, L is a 72 reg I think, even though it does look like a 73 , so free road tax and if its half way s OK then it does seem like good value

The RS spoiler just makes you wonder how "original" it is.
I believe the black horn grills and black trim around the front indicators were only used on the '73 model year cars (F series), before that they were chrome. Porsche model years ran from September, so a '73 model year car could have been manufactured from September 1972 onwards.
