28th is looking the best choice so far fore those of us not living in the west midlands. I've changed the heading to reflect this. Is this date OK for the locals?

Cheers

Botox! Can't do the 28th - hadn't checked my diary properly.

Would prefer the 21st but if everyone's going for 28th I'm fine with that

(don't see the fairmile thing will have a major impact on an event in the midlands?!)

Cheers

Only a problem for me Mark as I live in London and enjoy the Fairmile meetings too much.

Probably away on holiday on 21st ( if i get my finger out and actually book it like i was supposed to over Christmas ! ) so 28th would be a safer bet for us.

Sorry, I won't be able to do this: Ill be sitting on top of a mountain in Swits, the SC (or maybe the C3???) hopefully with me and not down a ravine. My own little take on the Villars-sur-ollon hillclimb of 1965!!

Can I just advise you all that the restaraunt doesn't have a drinks licence so if you want alcohol with your meal then you have to bring it yourself.

I am thinking of 8PM so that you can get home, drop your work stuff off then get there without rushing as half the guests are not from the west Midlands.

Does this meet everyone elses expectations or were you thinking of 7PM?

Cheers

7pm is better as working in B'ham that day, but will go with the flow.

Perhaps meet in a nearby pub at 7pm for dinner at 8pm.
