Just looking fantastic, and really looking forward to seeing it when done.

The front / rear ARB - is being manufactured - interesting (by whol if we can ask) ?

The ARB that I aquired turned out to be an RSR item (the one Mike / Neil helped me out on in one of my threads), which is now with Steve Weiner at Rennsport Systems as he is restoring an RSR and needed an original.

Ira Ramin at Tarret Engineering also wanted it as he was looking in to also making replicas.

Off the wall thought - would you consider putting together a CD of all the photos from the build as a reference for others to flick through when doing their own cars - not as RSR but just interest and inspiration.

I thought Ferryman could do the same parhaps ?

Perhaps a photo reference CD available via DDK for MAcmillan ?

Or do you plan on publishing a book - 'An RSR in the making...'

Hi Ian, it's the front arb arm we are making ourselves, fits on the end of the bar and gives you the adjustment in it's length. This is a pic of an original one.

good idea on the cd, certainly got enough pictures!, but I think my book publishing days are long gone

This is the 380mm wheel I'm using just back from the trimmers. Thanks to Andy Lightweight who came up with the correct circumference for the RSR rim. By using the right combination of leathers for the double wrap it come to within 1mm! Also used a more gloss top leather to keep it in period.

The stitching is done by hand to replicate the factory X look, time consuming but worth it.

Mike it was done in house by Southbound, they can send them away and have them done far more economically, but not quite the same.

Oliver it's a 804 10 wheel from the 914-6 with the correct countersunk holes in the back for the 911 canceling ring. The hockey puck body and ring are perfect but the leather is just average.
cheers, Mike.

couple of shots of the Cibie Biode headlights I eventually found with the help of the early 'S' registry guys in the States. They look great through the clear lenses.
