Two issues to resolve.

one minor, rear caliper just touches wheel inner on rear ( simple dress off of cosmetic area on caliper half)

one more head scratching, despite spacer front rotor just touches bottom ball joint feature on botton A arm as suspension compressess. Can't make the spacer thicker so need to review tonite.

Here are the rears ( "the ones that can't be done")
you should be able to see that the only issue is tiny pad overhang which is quickly sorted by hand or machine.

Still working to solve the A arm issue.

An update :

Snaps of the finished adaptors and relief machined on edge of rear outer caliper half. I've done a final fit and the calipers are perfect .

The A arm will be easy to solve I'm making up a special nut to mount the bottom ball joint higher. ( all will become clear)

I have all the contact details for the self employed motorsport engineer who did all this work including anodising etc. The cost to this stage is 25 % of anything else I found either here or the states. He will make any adaptor given proper dimensions or can do these "off the shelf" .

I have no connection with him at Rodwell Motorsport ( Weymouth) other than that we did our apprenticeships in the same place. I am just a delighted customer.

I'll post some more snaps when its all assembled and bolted up.

Andy,

Great job.

Do you think your man would be interested in machining some rear 930 calipers to fit an SC trailing arm? Otherwise I'd also be interested to know the cost of the anodising work which looks fantastic.

thx

Here are the finished fronts, rears needed bit more rim clearance so are back at anodisers.
