Andy,
There are three sources for valuations known to me.
1. Steve Kevlin at PCGB
2. John Glynn at Impact bumpers.com. I send john a pm regarding your request
3. Our very own little DDK cherub: Bootsy
What is often needed for a valuation are
a) as much info on the base package of your car: ie the history of the 911S
b) full breakdown of the work done to it: hours and cost-per-hour, engineering drawings (those FANTASTIC blueprints you made of your brake system

, raw materials or comparables of the items you changed available on the open market etc
c) comparables of finished cars offered for sale in the last 3 years
-I have been working on this so I forward some info but most are based on SWB 911 or 912's, as that was what I wanted to start with.
d) what it would cost in financial outlay at a commercial outfitters to reproduce your car. Andy might be better placed than me as he is a bit longer in the tooth

than me regarding this
e) as much photographic evidence you can think off
f) nicely presented, so that valuers don't need to look left right and centre for info.
Good luck,
Bert
