Hardly like for like, but i reluctantly fitted a stainless exhaust on mine , have never quite got used to the look of it but i hated changing the mild steel one on the last rs so often , had it 10 years but boxes too often!
BTW u may remember a Kenny S posting on here, went to see his recently accquired LHD 2.7 rs lightweight this week in Signal yellow , 1 owner i think '73 /98 and bloody lovely !!!!!!!!
Guess i ll just have to make the most of Blutorange !!!

Well, back from a business trip, I find the completed photos of 0024 on Freisinger's website - she looks great I think!
There are a couple of small things that need to be changed and that's in hand.
I'm off on the TGV on Friday morning for a Saturday morning pick-up and trip back through the countryside of Northern Europe. Window down....
Here are some of the last photos - I hope now to be able to get to a meet or two and catch up with a few fellow members for a pre-prandial sometime.

Wish you a wonderful trip. I hope all goes well. Take some photos along the way (if you can bear to stop driving for a minute or two)
Car looks fantastic.
Regards
Mike

Arrival!
Well, easing myself out of the car after the trip was both interesting and not easy...
Interesting in that seat technology seems to have moved on somewhat in 35 years and not easy as it was such a good run!
Collected the car on Saturday morning after a nightmare trip up on the normally reliable TGV. 5 hours late in Karlsruhe and a hotel key left in a safe on the wall at 2am. Excellent breakfast though and good prep for the journey.
Back home on the Wirral Monday, all good and more details to follow when I get back to my own computer!
MOT sorted, couple of insurance requirements to fulfill before registration but that's that I think.
Interesting trip - photos and more info to follow on another day.
Happy, made up with the car and thoroughly enjoying the experience so far - apart from the Nurofen on Sunday morning for the back....
