Looks absolutely gorgeous.

I love those slashes/air intakes in the front bumper. Did you order it with those in or did you cut them yourself? If so how did you do it?

Cheers

Bazz, its ivory white.

Mark the vents are to feed the yet to be fitted oil cooler. I cut then just careful marking out vand judicious use of a hacksaw and files!. Same with the holes where the driving lights would go. I did the wings by making a buck and moulding a section which I then glassed onto the new but standarg GRP wings then I cut out the r style vents. I just scaled drawings and photos of R cars and Kremer Cars for sizes ( they were never all identical antway.

thanks for looking

Can I also ask - you've got a hole in the bonnet presumably for petrol filler cap, but you also have the original one there as well - will the original be blocked up?

Poor old Justin needing medical attention

Mark, the Bonnet filler will feed the fuel tank ( also the oil tank is forward mounted ) The original fuel filler position is now blanked and provides a mounting point for the battery cut out and extinguisher pulls. ( they are the red handles you can just see in the pictures)

I so love old race cars I can't resist putting things like this into my project.

By the way your car looked brilliant in the comic.

So headlining is the hardest job in the project so far. Trouble is its aone shot chance really. Its finished now and looks pretty good although not quite Alans standard. Luckily the roll cage covers the bit I'm not so chuffed with ,

Great to see so many unique features - every aspect of this car looks to have been thoroughly thought out.

Beautiful !
