Larrys just phoned to say his stuck in traffic getting out of Derby.

it'll be at least half an hour before he gets home frm there. even if the traffic starts moving NOW.

 i'm not happy. he's always doing this to me.

next time i'll come on my own...i'm fed up with him. anyone (preferably with a large garage  ) want a new(ok second hand) wife?

Great to see everyone & so glad people make the effort to travel long distances to enjoy fellow Porsche nutters company 8)

Hope everyone got home OK, as it was quite a bit bellow freezing, but at least the roads are quiet after midnight ;)

JohnM won the award for the only classic Porsche in the carpark.

Thanks to Helen & Larry for the Xmas cards 8)

Good to see everyone again, great craic and good choice of venue James - I doubt I'll need to eat anything though today after shovelling all that lot away last night :drunken:

Had a great evening, even the Mrs enjoyed her self, the only thing was it went so quickly we didn’t get to talk to everyone. I am still full. Thanks to James for again organising a successful DDK do.

It was a bit slippy on the way home, but the roads were empty and I had a great time, only Julie enjoyed herself more, she was asleep by the time we got out of the car park, well best go a give the car a bloody good wash.

Thanks to everyone once again.

Kind Regards
John

huge thanks to everyone for waiting over an hour for us to arrive.
there had been 2 accidents on the M1 between Nottingham and Sheffield

the meal was fantastic. great choice James. (as usual) that and the company made the painful journey there well worth while.

the journey home was a breeze, roads were empty. we litrally had the M1 to ourselves at one point 8)

Yup...thanks James for organising another enjoyable evening. Great food and atmosphere.

It was nice to meet some new faces (to us) and hook up again with everyone else.

Well done to Helen & Larry for travelling such a long way and kudos to John & Julie for turning up in the 911 :notworthy: .....well impressed!
