Quick question - can you get a mobile signal up there? (seriously - just need to know)
Will I get nose bleeds? (not serious)
Do you all wear kilts?
Will I really have to brave the Loch in my pants each morning?

Gav - just seen your post - try the Wellington Inn at Darley: http://www.wellington-inn.co.uk/ which is about five minutes away - let me know if you need any help finding anywheregav p wrote:I'm driving up after work on thursday Mark..gonna be a late one....
Not sure where staying just yet, I need to work out how far I can get in one evening. I might aim for a travelodge or something in the Harrogate area, in order to link up with the convoy heading from PJMT's place on friday....
Are you going to bring a banger and some booze and join us for a BBQ on the Thursday evening? If so, let me know and I'll pm you directions

Ok, here's the plan as I understand it
The following people are crashing at mine:
- Mark (912UK) & Jo
- Ian & Charlotte
- Will & Mrs. Brown
- Tom (Bootsy)
- Mike Usiskin
I'm presuming the following are staying at a B&B locally?
- Andy (Lightweight_911)?
- Paul (Ferryman)
- Barry (media star)
- Mr. Moss (in a 993?
)
anyone else?
The following people are joining in for a BBQ and a few drinks
- James (Hot66) & Jo
- Dave (Basildon Bond) & Vicki
- Stuart (TC) & Nicki
- Tony (Scrumpyjack +1?)
- Ian & Charlotte
- Mark & Jo
- Mike & Hayley (surprise potential new DDK'ers
)
- Will & Mrs. Brown
- Paul (Ferryman)
- Mr. Moss (in a 993?
)
- Barry (media star)
- Mike Usiskin
- Tom (Bootsy)
Any of the others who are on the list going to Scotland who would like to join in for some dinner, booze and chat?
- Susan?
- Gav P?
- Andy (Lightweight_911)?
- Bert (Bertroex)?
- Richard & Jane (targa/red)?
- Eddie & Margret (eddieday?)
- Stephen (defianty)
....anyone else?
I plan on lighting the BBQ around 6:30pm - you're welcome to turn up earlier but I have got a meeting at the house until about 6:00pm.
If you could all bring a bit of something for the BBQ I'd be most grateful - plus something to keep you liquid
Any problems - my mobile number is on the list in the Members Section
Look forward to seeing you all
Philip
