Re: Porsche COA
The selling dealer is down as Pagani in tripoli.
I guess it could have had an interesting first owner.
Not sure if that would be a good or bad thing!
Had a quick look on google for the dealer but no results.
Any ideas?
Cheers.

Porsche COA
Hi.
I have just received the COA from Porsche for my 58 A cab.
I imported it 10 years ago from Denver.
Turns out that it was originally sold in Libya.
Now I did not expect that !!
Any one have any idea how many were sold over there?
Guessing not many.
Or is just a mistake?
Cheers.

Re: factory manual original
Hi Gill.
I bought one from a guy in Heston (Cornwall)
Yes it was off of eBay, so might be the same one.
He has loads of them!!!
No idea how much one should cost but it runs and even drives.
First job is to sort out some dodgy wiring.
Cheers.

Re: factory manual original
Hi.
I would also like a copy if possible.
For some reason I have just bought a twin cylinder.
Should be fun getting it up and running again.
Cheers.

1970 911 torque settings.
Hi.
I have a 1970 2.3 with a '225 push' type clutch.
Does anyone know the correct torque value for the pivot bolt inside the bell housing.
Also I keep reading different values for the cam cover nuts (m8).
I have 930 lower covers.
Is 8Nm the correct value for these?
Cheers.

Re: Finally found one... My 57 356 A
Hi. My 58 has two contacts on the steering column. As I found out, when unfortunately I removed the steering shaft from the column to replace the oil seal in the steering box with a double lip seal. The original seal had failed. The horn contacts are spring loaded. When I put it all back together ag...
