Re: 928's - any good?
Cheers guys, very much appreciate the knowledge and first hand experience. I am some what torn between a later (s4) era with the power, or an early one like yours Johnny. I much prefer the purer look of the early 4.5 on teledials, would I be disappointed with the performance? Johnny, thanks for the ...

928's - any good?

Re: Regulator woes (I think)
Wayne/Stephen, many thanks for the very kind offer to lend your regulator, very much appreciated. I hadn't bargained on Maurice's ingenuity 8) At £15 has to be worth a punt. I don't think it can be the alternator as it is certainly outputting some amps. I will let you know how I get on. Then I will ...

Regulator woes (I think)
Hi all, took the car out for a spin and noticed that the Volts were not sitting constant but went up with revs, saw 16v at one point so cut drive short. Ordered a new regulator from design 911, said compatible with a 914, but when it arrived was the wrong shape. It plugged in with relay cover off an...

24mm ID Oil Tank Breather hose- supplier needed
Hi, I need a new oil breather hose (24mm ID) from my oil tank to the engine for my 914-6. I need about 900mm because of the routing, unfortunately 911 ones at standard 650mm are too short! Can anyone help with a UK supplier for these hoses who can sell by the metre? I tried Patrick Motorsport in USA...
