I want to replace the front and rear windscreens on my 911 T 1973 coupe. Does anyone know a good and cheap supplier? I have new rubbers and can fit it myself. The rear windscreen is a two tier heated version (I think).
many thanks

My new front screen came from one of the chains - RAC poss, about £130.

Hope you have pukka rubbers  pattern ones are a nightmare - in fact not worth trying to use.

Also, getting the rear screen wires threaded thru the seal is a very tircksy job - but I guess you know that

I got a heated front screen through fetuhoe on this forum.

It works OK - I didn't think it was doing anything until I noticed one days that there was a line of mist down the right hand corner and I realised most of the screen would have been misted if it hadn't been heated.

Can't remember the price.

Only downside is that the company he put us onto refused to deliver and my garage had to send someone to pick it up. Also the screen came with no instructions at all. The garage wired it through a relay and connected it to the heated rear screen switch and it's worked fine since. Irrelevant in the current weather but handy in the cold damp stuff

Oh, and one other thing, we do not manufacture our own glass - unlike some other replacement companies.
The glass is OEM specification
