Great pictures Mike. I look forward to seeing it in person. :P If required I have some spare air inlet parts which you have missing on your motor.

I was passing through south London yesterday and I saw Mike travelling in the opposite direction in his other very nice car, recognised him straight away, so pulled over for a quick hello, then I saw the huge grin on his face as he got out (I didnt think it could be because he was pleased to see me), saw a quick picture on his camera but now I see why you were smiling so much Mike, it looks really nice mate no wonder you‘re so pleased, certainly a lot cheerier in there than when I last saw it.

I bet you can’t wait to have that baby run in now, hopefully in time for a southern blast 8) ?

Thanks all, She's had a complete top and bottom end rebuild and no I didn't do anything 'xept pay the man. The man is question is Sam at Nos 5 Garage in Acton. He really put his heart and soul into this engine, so many parts have been lovingly cleaned and polished, replaced where necessary, kept where wise. At the moment she's only done about 30 odd miles so the engine is really tight and urgent.

good to see you Darren, hope you kept your roof down!
