Best practice?

Had all the suspension components blasted and powder coated prior to reinstalling with plastic bushings all round. Question now is, what is considered best practice, the bearing surfaces to be left powder coated or just lubricated bare metal?

Normal engineering practice would be the latter but I wonder what other people have done and how kindly time has treated whichever option.

Thanks.

I don't think the bushes will fit over the powder coating. I always get the sprayer to mask the bush surfaces
