Clock not working

Post by Mike Usiskin »

Hi all,

My clock works perfectly twice a day, it's just that it's the other times of day when I need to use it!!

So what goes wrong with these things and can they be repaired? If so is it something a Neanderthal like me can do (I'm good with a hammer I'm told, Ask Gilbert '71!) or else how to get it working. I need it whan I'm taking the kids to nursary (can't be late for the little poppits  )

a freind has mentioned that there are companies that advertise repairing old auto clocks but I fear they might be a tad pricey! and anyway I've no idea how to take the clock out in the first place.

regards

Mike

There's a thread on pelican about how to fix clocks, or there's a good chap who does a professional job on an earlier post by me. http://www.ddk-online.com/phpBB2/viewto ... ight=clock
