Went for £4000. It was a Legend kit. Anybody know anything about it?

This looks like the one I looked at in St Ives Cornwall about 18 months ago. It was in a much worse state then and the guy who had it was selling it through ebay. If it is the same one I think it was called Mad Max. It has passed through several would be builders the first of which being in Barnstaple in Devon.
I apologise to anyone if this isnt the same car, but I am pretty sure that it is.
