Any idea where I can get these refurbished, how much it will cost etc?

Mine seem stuck tight around the buckles as they hadn't been used for over 2yrs - is there a way I can loosen them up.. I was thinking a squirt of WD40 but then again that doesn't sound right...

Is it cheaper just to buy new ones? I think Gilbert / G3ngs and Dyno suggested the VW place at Turnpike Lane?
