RS/ ST door pull conversion.

Hi all, could anyone please guide me in the right direction of how to convert my 73 lwb 911 to rs style door pulls?
After some research I ordered 99353108301 part number levers for 993/964 but can’t figure out how they mount as original are 4 screw fitting.
