As you all know we already raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Charity.....
I thought I'd sign up for their Sober for October campaign to help swell the funds so if you're thinking of donating anything this month maybe you could donate it to this link to help me reach my target of £200 for the month.

No Guiness, no Pinot Noir, no Malbec, no Malt Whiskey, no fruity Gin - OH NO! Any help appreciated.

Guinness Zero, taken cold, that might help.
Polish a lot of cars will certainly help.
Will send you a few shillings soon.

Who's actually policing/monitoring this fancy plan of yours? We're going to need 3rd party breathalyser results, daily.
Those midday bottom office drawer snifters aren't allowed.

Katharine is keeping a watchful eye on me.
I’ve managed going to the football with no drink
Got a gig next week so that will be a test but please be assured not a drop will pass my lips
