Front spoiler/bumper

Hi,
does anyone know where this kind of spoiler/valance - lower part of the bumper can be purchased? It is some kind of RSR style for narrow body (not for turbo or turbo look body) g-model.
Preferably in the EU, due to more economical shipping for me.
Any hint is welcome.
