Correct for '68-'73 911 & '69 912 models - part no. 901.347.081.10 dated 1/'71

I bought this wheel thinking I'd use it on my current 911 but decided it's just too good !

I've had many Factory-fitted 380mm/400mm/420mm steering wheels pass through my hands (pun intended !) over the past ~30 yrs & can
honestly say this is the best one I've ever had - good enough for someone's 'no expense spared Factory spec' restoration (IMO).




- & something I've never seen before - a quality control ink stamping (Geprüft = tested) :

Have you got a horn butterfly of any type in a similar condition for this wheel Andy?

Mike - the only butterfly hornpad I have is this one - the pad itself is in excellent/undamaged condition but the frame would ideally need repainting :

Any interest in this wheel before I list it on ebay ?

This wheel still retains its original leather covering in lovely condition & any re-covered wheel - no matter how expertly done - will never match the look & feel of an original wheel ...

I agree, I keep looking at it wishing it was 380mm.
