A great price, but...
3" is quite high off the floor, but they all are if they are to be strong, or rather rigid enough.
However, 26" rise is not much!

You won't get a 911 engine out from the car at that height without taking some of the induction parts off and having height for some kind of low slung trolley to rest the engine on.

Design will use lot less steel, shorter lift cylinder etc hence the manufacturing cost will be less, and selling price low accordingly.

Almost certainly a scam in my opinion - Tuxedo (the manufacturer based in the US) state on their website:
