Flywheel refurbishment

I've been battling the dreaded flywheel oil seal leak. I've had 2 seals, the last one a Viton from PRS but it still leaks.

I suspect I might need the flywheel refurbishing as there is a slight groove on the sealing surface. Has anyone had this done? Any recommendations?

Thanks

Paul

Talk to PRS - if anyone knows, they will...

A “speedi-sleeve” can be used to solve a worn flywheel nose (made by SKF) but it’s not an easy fit. Not tried that myself & not sure I would. I’ve had luck in the past with polishing compound but there are limits.

As above, PRS will know.
