Set of AA 5.158in H-beam chrome-moly con-rods with ARP 2000 rod bolts - 2.0 914/Type 4 journal.
With 71mm crank, will give you a bullet-proof 2056cc engine.

Approximately 5000 miles use.

At today's prices, with shipping, VAT and duty, new these would set you back over £1900 (see attached screengrabs)

Hi,
I have lurking at the back of my garage a 1700 914 engine which was running when it was removed from my son's 1973 which was replaced by a 2.2 6pot. (well, we switched it off first!)

It needs to be gone. I don't want anything for it but I would insist on any buyer to make a meaningful donation to Macmillan Fund.

p.s. IIRC that one of the plugs had been helicoiled. But it ran well.
