What is happening at MBPorsche

I was trying to contact "e-mail" Mike and had no luck. Checking the web site I was not sure if the are moving or closing?

Mike has premises/lease issue and moving out of unit I believe.
Not upsurge what plan is when I spoke to him last but he has been very quiet of late.
