Is 9113210806 definitely a pre-impact bumper 911E Targa?

It has T badge and impact bumpers - If the VIN is correct, this is a forward-date and replacement engine lid with the wrong badge, right?

9113210001-9113211055 = 911E targa in red book
3 = 73
2 = E
1 = targa

Thanks. And has to originally be pre-impact bumpers, right? Even though it now has impact bumpers.

73 means model year so produced Sept'72-June/July 73 so will be pre impact..
