Don't suppose anyone here owns a G reg 1968 / 69 in rather fetching Slate Grey?

Not so much a was it you - because I've only seen a picture of it. But if it was or is you - would love to pick your brains on it.

Obviously not on the road at the moment given his 'Car Woes' detailed here

Thanks all - and possibly

The pic I'd seen is of a pretty stunning G reg (now realising I bunged this in the wrong channel) in slate grey and was trying to track down the owner on the work they had done.

I've got a fair idea of what I want to have done to the T but also appreciate that once you tug on that particular thread - candles and beans on toast for the foreseeable aren't far away. Reason about asking about that particular slate grey is that it was done locally - which would be very handy for popping in.

If yours was a G reg then it may have been you....

Bullet bitten - resto started - but not going the slate gray route as I don't think its applicable to a 1973 - but gulf blue or orange and tangerine are. (That list may seem long - but that's the short version of what was a very long list).

Last I saw previous less than "good work" on the doors was being exposed
