DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

Due to a slight oversight I appear to have no mounting holes in the door after the recent repaint...

Much as it looks super clean without a mirror I want to put it back on.

Does anyone have reference dimensions of where it should go? Ideally position of the holes relative to the panel, but I guess measurements to the mirror base would work.

A photo of a bare door with the hole with a tape measure held in shot would be perfect!

I've Googled this pretty hard and checked the manual but whilst there are multiple threads on mirrors none seem to actually quote where it should go.



This is my door pre paint so I could get it close scaling off this pic, but measurements would be better.

No mirrors are worth an extra 3mph down the straights (allegedly). Who needs them anyway ....

Many thanks, but took the brave pill and drilled it through from the filler hints I could see on the inside. Scary drilling fresh paint!
