Quick shout out to PRS

Just wanted to give a quick shout out for PRS. I was in for a 'Service B' the other week. Managed to limp the car to them ( had my phone off all the way, as I was worried I'd need the battery for when I was on the phone to the AA !!
). Had a lovely chat with Paul, a cup of tea and a walk round the workshop looking at some quite remarkable machinery. No rushing me off, no fill this form in, no 'we value your business' contrite crap that you get when you go to a main( for me BMW) dealer - just an 'old fashioned', gentlemanesque experience. - oh and a lift to the station, which was a nice bonus!
Throughout the process ( which I was told would take a couple of weeks, and it did ) I was kept up to date on all the things that needed to be done. There were a few things that could have been done, but werent absolutely necessary, and there was no hard sell at all from PRS - in fact the opposite! - again, quite a refreshing change.
Car was ready, looking sparkly when I turned up ( I suspect all the rain had washed the dirt from it! ha ha ) and it was on the button all the way home. a breeze to drive and a real enjoyment, doubled by the fact that I was finally free from worry that the car would burn to a crisp...
anyway - if you're thinking about it, but ummi'ng and arr'ing over a service or something you need fixing on your car, and who to do it, well... I know where I'll be having my next service done. ( and if you're quick you might be lucky enough to see the stuff I got to see, that was on the ramp!
Thank you Paul and Team.
