Bosch MFI Pumps

Morning all
Can anyone direct towards a definitive list of Bosch MFI pump serial numbers and the respective engine application?
What I'm looking for is a pump for a 3.0 MFI twinspark engine, and understand that there may be a range of options, including the correct serial number pump from the get go, or a pump from a smaller 911 engine that can be subsequently modified and brought up to 3.0 spec?
