Again, if anyone would have this reflector specific to this model, 4 pins at back or if you could point me in he right direction where I could source one you would make my day though for some reason I cant seem to upload a picture

I think you'll be lucky to find one, to be honest. Most were 911 ones cut down. Generally they're looked down on in the 914 fraternity (in the USA, mainly) so may be tricky to locate.

Auto Atlanta did sell ones made specifically for the 914 (911 ones tend to be too narrow, top to bottom), but whether they are still available I have no idea.

Thanks Keith..Kind of thought as much, problem being the rear boot had a micro switch fitted to release the boot lid, but the boot lid managed to jam shut so the reflector on my car was accidentally broke whilst trying to access the space where boot lock would be too release the lid. The cable had came away from the crimped section causing lid to jam.
Would you know where I could source a lock for boot should i need to reinstate, which might be the easier option.

I'm guessing a wanted ad on here would probably your best bet – or on the 914 UK page on Facebook.

Also, might be worth a call to Roger Bray Restorations – they have quite a few used spares for 914s, which they're gradually liquidating.

There ate far more knowledgeable 914 folk out there than me ( Angus - where are you?). - however I understood that there was not a 914 rear reflector option.
However many US 914 owners put 911 rear reflectors on their cars- and installed either a micro switch or a pull cable to work the ( now hidden) boot release.

There was the entire kit ( including the elusive microswitch) on sale there recently
