356 Registry News.

The 356 Registry forum has re-opened for non member viewing.

"The Trustees voted in a January meeting to reverse the change made in 2020 and the coding work is complete. Non-members can view the Forum, excepting the Registry Business section. They cannot post without being an active, paid-up member of the club. "

This is excellent news for anyone with an interest in 356s. The technical articles can be very useful and although the search function on the forum can be a bit frustrating sometimes, the site is Google searchable.

Those 356 Registry guys are a pretty good bunch of folks. I flew over to New Jersey to attend one of their 'holidays', this one was at Atlantic City and they made me feel quite welcome even though I was in a renter. Much better than the clique bunch of PCGB knobs I had the great misfortune to meet at the Sherborne classic car meet after our Jerassic tour in '19.

I don’t remember meeting the PCGB knobs at Sherborne Graham - I guess because At that stage I was the only person on the tour not driving a Porsche.
You see - driving an Avis Ford Focus due to fuel pump failure does have some advantages after all!
